Culture is King helps teams learn the 7 C's of team culture and check in on their team each quarter. This page explains, in plain language, what information the app keeps and how it's protected.
What we collect
- Your name and email address, so you can sign in. If you sign in with Google, we receive only your name, email and profile picture from Google. We never see your Google password.
- Your team, based on the team code or join link you used.
- Which readings you've finished, so the app can show your progress.
- Your quarterly check-in answers, the ratings you give to 28 statements about your team.
Who can see what
- Your individual answers are private. No one, including your leaders and North Star Leadership Coaching, sees how you personally answered.
- Leaders only see averages for a team, and only once at least 3 people on that team have answered.
- You can see your own results and download them as a PDF.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your information.
- We don't show ads or use advertising trackers.
- We don't use your information for anything other than running Culture is King.
Where it's stored
Your information is stored securely with Supabase, our database provider, and the app is delivered by Cloudflare. Audio recordings of the readings are made with ElevenLabs and contain only the reading text, never your information.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your account and your answers at any time. Email transformationpath@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
